Some our of young people find themselves sofa surfing, sleeping in a car
or staying somewhere unsafe,  leaving them vulnerable and open to abuse.

homelessness behind and build a future for themselves.


The draw will take place on Tuesday 12th December. Winners will be notified within a week.

The Y’s Autumn Raffle 2017 Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before entering the draw.

  1. Participation in The Y’s Autumn costs £1 per ticket. Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date. Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation.An individual may purchase a maximum of one hundred tickets (£100).
  2. The raffle is open to all residents of Great Britain aged 16 and over. Staff at The Y may participate, excluding staff within the fundraising and marketing team.
  3. If a ticket is sold to, on behalf of, or purchased for a person under the age of 16 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned.
  4. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, cash or cheque made out to Leicester YMCA. Participation in this raffle can be made by returning ticket stubs to The Y with the appropriate payment (please do not post cash). Tickets are available:

  1. The closing date for receipt of ticket stubs is 11th December 2017. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 12th December 2017.
  2. The winners will be notified within one week after the draw by telephone, email or post. If winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 2 months, they will forfeit the prize, which may be used by The Y for future promotions.
  3. A list of the winner’s names and winning numbers will be posted on our website.
  4. Entrants must retain their ticket as proof of purchase. The Y accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified. Winners may be asked to provide proof of age.
  5. Profits from this raffle will support the work of Leicester YMCA (The Y), registered charity number 213513.
  6. The Y’s Autumn Raffle 2017 is licenced by Leicester City Council.
  7. Prizes: Any terms and conditions for prize usage will be distributed to the prize winner with the prize. No cash alternatives will be offered.
