Theatre

The Y Theatre is a charismatic, adaptable space which can be set out with rows, tables or exhibition space according to your needs. Your event can be complimented with catering, refreshments, breakout spaces, a licensed bar, audiovisual, technical and reception services. Dedicated staff will be on hand to make sure the day runs smoothly.

We can provide low cost refreshments including fair trade goods. We can also organise buffet lunches from a choice of external caterers or clients can book their own catering.

The flexible auditorium is 12m x 13m. There is also a fixed seat, tiered balcony.

Percy Barratt Meeting Room

Our city centre meeting room is light and spacious and ideally suited to business meetings, presentations, training sessions or rehearsals. The room has a built in projector, television and hearing loop, conference call and further audiovisual options, plus a piano. Suitable for up to 30 people.

MJH Suite

The newly opened MJH Suite located at our Aylestone site benefits from free onsite parking, a large bright room suitable for up to 50 delegates with an additional break out area and attached kitchen facilities. This fully accessible suite is equipped with audio visual equipment, Wi-Fi and is located minutes from Junction 21 an ideal travel route into the city. Click here for the location.

Bar & Gallery

The bar can be opened alongside theatre events and can also accommodate small-scale live events and private functions. Gallery space is available for rolling exhibitions and artist launches.

Accessibility

The theatre, meeting room, reception desk and bar are equipped with hearing loop systems and have ground floor or lift access. Guide dogs are welcome.

Sports Hall

Host to a range of regular classes, our sports hall has shock absorbent flooring and is well suited for basket ball, dance, martial arts, table tennis and more.
